FAQ

What is the EAC?
EAC stands for European Anatomy Campus, a European joint venture of training facilities. Facilities that make it possible for physicians and otherwise medically involved to acquire medical knowledge and skills at a high level and / or to develop new skills or instruments. The facilities connected to EAC make use of body donors for this purpose, so that the learned or the developed approaches the reality as closely as possible.

Who can register as a body donor?
Obviously the person in life itself. If it can be made plausible that it was the express wish of a deceased person (a short time ago), a close family member may also express this wish and confirm it on paper, thereby formalizing the availability.

How are the bodies stored?
That depends entirely on the questions of the researchers and of the students, but also of the location where the donor ends up.
